Wellbutrin XL 150 mg

Wellbutrin XL tabs cannot be split in half, however in  Reduction
 2 we switch to the immediate release version which can be split into halves.  A pill cutter will be needed for the tapering regimen.

If you are taking any other dosage than shown below, print this page and take to your physician or pharmacist as a guideline to reduce your dosage.
