Trazodone Withdrawal
The web site you are on now, The Road Back, offers
information on how to get off Strattera, prevent
Trazodone withdrawal side effects as well as
eliminating current Trazodone side effects.
You will find on this site (links are located on the
right side of each page) the complete book, How
to Get Off Psychoactive Drugs Safely. Since
1999, over 40,000 people have now used this
information to get off their antidepressant or other
type of psychoactive medication.
Withdrawal off of Trazodone does not have to be
difficult and handling current Trazodone side
effects can be resolved quickly.
Note:
If you are taking Trazodone as well as an
anti-anxiety medication (benzodiazepine), the
anti-anxiety medication must be discontinued first.
If you are only discontinuing the Trazodone the
Trazodone must be reduced very slowly to prevent
withdrawal side effects from the anti-anxiety drug.
Trazodone slows the metabolism rate of anti-anxiety
drugs and when the Trazodone is removed from the
system the anti-anxiety medication will not take as
long to metabolize and this creates a withdrawal
effect from the anti-anxiety medication. See chapter
9 on the right side of each page for anti-anxiety
medication procedures.
In May 2012, our program made its next leap forward
and at this time; completely eliminating Trazodone
side effects is not only within our grasp, it is
here.
Anxiety in the daytime, insomnia at night, the
dreaded head symptoms common with Trazodone
withdrawal can now be a thing of the past.
There is quite a bit of information on our web site
and if the ill effects from Trazodone have you
unable to read very much text, we can make this very
quick and simple.
For head symptoms, even the electric brain zaps,
taking the right type of omega 3 fish oil will
eliminate them quickly. Take (3) Omega 3 Supreme in
the morning and (3) more at noon. The best omega 3
fish oil we have found to use can be found at TRB
Health, Omega 3 Supreme. Link is provided below.
If you have nausea, drink a couple cups of ginger
tea each day.
If you have insomnia, take a supplement called Relax
Night With Melatonin or Relax Night Melatonin Free.
The one with melatonin is stronger. (You would take
1 teaspoon 15-minutes before bedtime)
If you have daytime anxiety, take Relax Day. (Take 1
teaspoon every 2 to 4 hours during the daytime)
All of the Relax supplements are in a liquid formula
and they work very fast.
A supplement called JNK Capsules was formulated to
help reduce the over activation of a gene called
JNK. The over activation of the JNK gene is the
cause of antidepressant induced weight gain,
diabetes and a host of Trazodone side effects.
These supplements are manufactured and sold by TRB
Health. The Road Back is a non-profit located in the
United States and we do not sell supplements.

10% of the people wanting to get off Trazodone do
not make it because of the withdrawal side effects.
Of the 90% that are able to get off Strattera, 50%
will still suffer during the Trazodone withdrawal.
There is no need to suffer.
