Anxiety – Panic

If you are new to this Web Site, we are The Road Back. The Road Back is a program used by physicians, psychiatrists and allied health care providers to assist individuals off addictive medications.  The most common side effects from withdrawal are anxiety, panic and insomnia.

If you are currently taking a benzodiazepine (anti-anxiety medication) or an antidepressant prescribed for anxiety or panic you have a few options.

If you have not started either of these two types of medication, you also have a few options to choose from.

We are mentioning insomnia as well as anxiety and panic on this page for a reason. Your anxiety or panic may be increased with insomnia present and in time daytime anxiety or panic will lead to insomnia.

Let’s start with what to do if you are already taking a benzodiazepine or antidepressant. Look to the left side of this page and locate the Chapters (links to each chapter of How to Get Off Psychiatric Drugs Safely) and ideally begin at chapter number 1 and read through the material. This will detail how you can not only get off the benzodiazepine or antidepressant but have it be relatively side effect free.

If You Are Not Taking Anti-anxiety Medication or an Antidepressant for the Anxiety or Panic, this section is for you.

First, if The Road Back can help people with drug induced anxiety or panic, what do you think we will be able to do for you if you are not on a medication? The answer is simple; we can handle it quickly and effectively.

There might have been a life event that caused the initial anxiety or panic but what happens within the body after the fact is what not only keeps the anxiety or panic going but tends to strengthen the effect as time passes.

We are not going to get into the science here. If you wish to read the Science Behind The Road Back program, click here. However, we must warn you to have a medical dictionary handy.

Specific nutritional supplements have been developed with our guidance that not only give fast relief from anxiety, panic and insomnia but rebuild the body in the process. There are a few we will recommend.

If Your Anxiety or Panic is During the Daytime

You would take a product called Body Calm. Take 1 capsule every 2 to 4 hours during the day. Body Calm will not make you tired; it only takes the edge off. You can also take 1 or 2 capsules of Body Calm at bedtime for sleep.

For extreme daytime anxiety or panic you would take Body Calm Supreme. Take 1 capsule every 4 hours during the daytime. Some people alternate the Body Calm and Body Calm Supreme during the daytime every 4 hours.

When anxiety or panic are developing you may experience the symptoms during certain times of the day. Usually the symptoms start first thing in the morning, calm down a little as the day passes and just afternoon return once again.

Watch for this and take the Body Calm or Body Calm Supreme about one half hour before they usually begin or intensify.

Insomnia

The Body Calm Supreme is the supplement to take. About one half hour before bedtime take 1 Body Calm Supreme.

To help get the body back in shape and for additional help with daytime anxiety and sleep we recommend Essential Protein Formula.

The anxiety or panic is throwing your blood sugar for a loop. This leads to other areas in the body going out of balance and the snowball effect begins to take place. Eventually the adrenals are taxed to the point where they need help. Stopping this cycle before it begins is critical.

The Body Calm has 120 capsules per bottle

The Body Calm Supreme has 120 capsules per bottle

The Essential Protein Formula has 120 teaspoon servings per container

This should be enough to get you over what is happening, help the body stabilize and hopefully you will no longer need to supplement after the supply runs out. For the few people that still need to supplement longer it is usually only with Body Calm and usually only on an as needed bases.

TRB Health is the manufacturer of the products we use as well as our medical doctors and psychiatrists to handle anxiety or panic.

We have supplied TRB Health with copies of our How to Use Guideline and they will include it with each Anxiety and Insomnia Package. TRB Health's Web Site can be reached by clicking here (Opens new browser window) and you will go directly to the Anxiety and Insomnia Package.

If you are thinking about taking medication for the anxiety or panic, you owe it to yourself and your family to find another solution. Read the list of real side effects of these medications by clicking here. (Opens new browser window)

A few of our normal success stories are below.

“Using the program it was like taking a stroll in the park. Unbelievable! Thank you. I never thought I would ever see this day.”

“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I feel 100% better!!!! Oh My Gosh. I cannot believe how great I feel. I’m actually getting "ME" back. I can see my personality, my spunk, my spark increase gradually each and every day more and more. This has changed my life dramatically!

Please let me know how I can help to talk with others, to educate them, encourage them on getting their lives back and not depending on these drugs.

I know I still have a long way before I am completely healed. I look at it like this though. If I feel this great now and I’ve only been off these 2 drugs (Klonopin and Effexor) for about 2 1/2 weeks, I cannot wait to see how I'll be feeling a month from now. I thought I’d never get over that dizzy, lightheaded, floating feeling in my head, with the lack of concentration and the agonizing pain in my joints and muscles.

Each day has gotten easier and easier. I had some very hard ones in there though but I am so happy I have done this.

The other day I was teaching a Boot camp class and I had a coat on that I hadn't wore since last fall, I put my hand in my pocket and there was a Klonopin in there. I looked at it and it really made me think, a month ago if I was in that stressful class situation I would have taken a small bite out of that little pill...instead I threw it away!!!!!

I really am serious about wanting to spread the word about these drugs. I think everything happens for a reason and there's a season for everything. This was the right time for me to stop taking them. I just want others that depend on these medications to be aware and know more of what the doctors are not telling us.

Again thank you for helping me get my passion back,”

In Health, Patti S
